Waiver: By signing below I hereby acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in car and bike show activities and agree to indemnify and hold the Barryton Lilac Festival, Kat's Cruisin', festival staff, volunteer judges, and the Village of Barryton, MI harmless against any and all claims of injury, loss, or other claim of whatever nature that may in anyway arise out of my participation in the Barryton Lilac Festival Car and Bike Show.

The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs the release and indemnity waiver, and further agrees that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made.
